At Arizona Knowledge, Empowerment and Advocacy Group, we are committed to providing a comprehensive services to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our programs are designed to enhance the quality of life and promote greater independence for both children and adults.

Developmental Home (Adults/Children)

Our Developmental Home services offer a family-oriented environment where licensed caregivers provide full-time care and supervision for up to three individuals with developmental disabilities. These homes are tailored to support the specific needs of their residents, ensuring a nurturing and supportive setting.

Child Developmental Homes

Designed for individuals under the age of 18, these homes provide a stable and caring environment where children can thrive and develop essential life skills.

Adult Developmental Homes

Catering to individuals aged 18 and over, these homes focus on fostering independence and personal growth in a supportive setting.

Habilitation

Our Habilitation services are aimed at helping individuals acquire, retain, and enhance the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary for successful living in home and community-based settings. This program is tailored to each individual's needs, promoting skill development and integration into everyday life.

Attendant Care/Respite

Attendant Care Services

This service includes personal care, general supervision, and companionship to ensure that individuals receive the support they need while promoting their comfort and well-being.

Respite Services

Designed to provide relief to primary caregivers, our Respite service offers an interval of rest and emotional relief, helping to improve the mental well-being of both the caregiver and the individual receiving care.

Day Treatment for Adults

Our Day Treatment for Adults (DTA) program, based at our farm site in North Phoenix, offers a variety of engaging activities and learning opportunities. The farm features a large garden, small farm animals, and a center equipped with a workout space, life skills learning space, a media room, and an arts and crafts room. Participants also enjoy community outings, including volunteering, visiting museums, attending plays, and exploring the diverse experiences Arizona has to offer.
